I am a Physician Assistant student at the University of Toledo (in Ohio), and I love anything to do with health, food, animals, yoga, and the Earth. I do my best to live a zero-waste life, and try to inspire others along my journey. THINX has been there for me when I needed it most. Being a full-time student, my focus has shifted from, "Uh oh, it's been 2 hours, and I should probably change my cup because I know it's about to leak," to "Thank goodness, I am finally done studying! OH YEAH, I should probably change that cup."

go-to period hack

Yoga, hot baths, and chocolate. When the cramps begin, stretching just feels oh-so-perfect. Paired with a hot bath right after— amazing. And add chocolate to the mix? It's a perfect cocktail for my crazy hormones.

know my flow

Heavy. The first few days are rough, but it gets lighter along the way. I am uber regular, so at least I can prepare, and THINX makes that super easy.

This style is by FAR my favorite. It holds 2 regular tampons' worth, which is ideal for me. My first few days are on the heavier side, so I love know that I am fully protected.
