go-to period hack

When you're on your period, your joints have more laxity, so sometimes, if you train too hard - you wind up sore. I take my training lighter these days to honor that.

My flow is HEAVY. I'm talking at least one ultra tampon every hour the first 2 days. Days 3-4 it's moderate, still an ultra, but every 2-3 hours. Then it'll trickle around for up to 7 days super light.
