HR Manager

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of People Management practices and processes. The goal is to promote the company’s values, maintain a strong, positive work culture and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, talent management, and facilities management.


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Create a culture that is conducive for a unique fast growing organization to meet ambitious objectives; Nurture a positive working environment to help foster this growth Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of talent within the organization
  • Develop, implement and be responsible for overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, policies and procedures across the organization
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to onboarding paperwork, employee contracts, policy documents
  • Bridge management and employee relations by mediating between employee requests, also be responsible for grievances handling, disciplinary procedures or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process of diverse and creative teams
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain and enhance pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • understand career aspirations of employees and grow them accordingly
  • Retention mechanisms in place
  • Report to CEO and COO and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance


  • Proven working experience in HR
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to recognize promising talent
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best Talent Management practices
  • 5 years of experience
