Growth Strategist

At THINX, we are committed to breaking the taboo around menstruation. By reimagining feminine hygiene products to provide support, comfort, confidence, and peace of mind, we aim to eliminate shame and empower women and girls around the world.


We are looking for a tenacious, creative problem solver to join our Growth Marketing team as our newest Growth Strategist. You'll work with our Growth Lead to 10x our customer base against ambitious timetables and all odds. (The faint of heart need not apply.)

In addition to hands-on management of our advertising operations, you'll also play a critical role in creating, testing, and optimizing new marketing and expansion initiatives, both online and offline. You'll have access to an amazing team of developers, designers, and content creators working alongside you to bring these initiatives to life.


You might be a fit if you're:

- Hungry for maximum responsibility and impact early on in your career
